Q: I am at work using a big Konica Minolta Magicolor 2480 MF. It has lit up next to the word 'error'. The display says "magenta toner not installed". It's not printing anything either. This is a real pain so any help would be appreciated.
A: If it says magenta not installed then it is either not installed or it is out of ink. In any case, someone needs to install the magenta cartridge for it to work again
