Q: Hi, i have an Epson CX3200 printer and when i print my ink levels pops up on screen from the ink levels monitor, but sometimes the ink levels are greyed out and other times it tells me how much ink i have left? My mind boggles :( please help
A: hi if you are using the manufactures inks you will have no problems but if you are using or have installed none manafactures this can happen because the printer software sometimes cannot read the chip on the cartridge and so the little boxes are grayed out ok
