Q:
A: Insuficcient data to help WHen you try to print, does a print job appear in the print QUEUE (open printer folder, double click the HP) then go and PRINT the job, see it it shows here IF the job appears does it sit there, does it disappear ? Does it give any errors ? Do all other files print OK, to the SAME driver ? Give us enough info to work with and we can help
