Q: my brother brand printer wont read the paper in the tray, it says that its empty. help model HL-2040 and yes it has new toner and much paper
A: Pull the tray out and look under the printer to make sure that a litle black piece of plastic is hanging down. That is the paper sensor and sometimes it will stick in the UP position.
