Q: Op system is Windows Vista home printer has in-staled through USB and runs OK but unable to configure the Wi-Fi. When the installation disc reaches the search for wireless connection it fails after about 20 secs. I have BT broadband wireless.Tried several times i.e. uninstall/reinstall but still the same. Help?
