Q: I was printing off some documents when my printer locked up...i tried to cancel the documents but they wont cancel and i cant print anything...I really need to get these documents printed for school....can someone tell me how to fix it? its the hp officejet 5500 series
A: Turn off printer, Unplug power cord , unplug USB, leave unplug for 1 minute , plug back in. Turn on printer. It's best if you Download the HP Printing Diagnostic Utility.
