Q: i recently formatted my computer n when i re installed the printer software from the cd provided.i printed a photo and the colour of the photo was pinkish even the document i printed was pinkish.i uninstalled the software and reinstalled it then also the result were the same,.plz help!!!!!
A: I have the same printer all you need to do is print a self test and then calibrate the ink cartridge if you still have the manual you should be able to look it up how to do that with out the CD but if you can't try going to www.Epson.com and put in the module number in the SEARCH box...Hope this helps...Littlefish
