HP Deskjet F4180 problem?

Q: I had noticed that, somehow, there were multiple copies of the printer on the computer (after being unable to print things). Only the first copy would let me print , so I set it to default and deleted the others. A day after, it wouldn't let me print anything, so I figured I would uninstall the printer and install it again. The only problem was that it was taking about an hour for each printer-related file in Add/Remove Programs to be deleted. I ended up deleting about half of them, then figured I'd see if the installation CD would now work. I put it in and all went well until a fatal error box popped up. I reported the error, but there was no solution for it. I'm at a loss at what to do now, since I can't uninstall (unless I want to sit for 24 hours straight or something) or install the software.

A: If you are still under warranty call HP, it not go to their site Here you can have a live chat with a technician Or you can email your problem, they are pretty fast in replying back and both services are free.
