Q: Epson helpline said it is not very good at envelopes (now they tell me) and that I should try lower weight envelopes. When I asked them what they would recommend they would not say.
A: Take a hint when a second person (me) tells you to go with labels and not envelopes. Contrary to all manufacturers claiming their printers can print envelopes, I have yet to be happy with any printer's job on envelopes. DO LABELS. Envelopes will jam and you can print only a few at a time on most printers. Depending on what type you use, labels can print lots of addressing info. Take it from someone who's worked for real estate brokers and agents with mass mailings every month! Good luck.
