Q: our HP picture printer wont print, and on the screen it says "Print cartridge cradle is stuck. Clear jam then press OK" please helppp ;)
A: There are two solutions too your problem one being lift the lid up and gently push craddle to the left about 3 inches close lid and let it retrack should work... or power off power back on you would be surprised on how printer are much like pcs and should be treated as so they sometimes need a reboot.. as soon as cradle re tracks clean cratcridges and realign your printer
