A: To set up the printer in the computer they will need administrator access rights, or if you have access rights to printer setup then your sign-in is good enough, but they will need to be signed in one way or another. You do not need to give them your password if you sign them in, and that's what I would recommend. You should be there, or someone, to sign-in in case they need to shut down and restart the computer.
