Q: it worked fine, until i moved into my new apartment, now it prints symbols instead of words, and it will print too many pages but neve prints what i want, how do i get it working right again?
A: Go into your Control Panel (Windows assumed) and into 'Printers and Faxes' and look for your model printer being checked. If it isn't, check it. If your printer isn't even listed you will have to reinstall it and then check it. If you don't have the software on hand, get it from the printer's web site. Good luck!
