Q: I have a Brother MFC 240c printer which works very well with my Windows XP Laptop. I have a Windows Vista laptop in which I go to the brother website and download the software but still does not work. Each time I connect the laptop to the printer, the printer keep restarting continuously. Can someone help me?
A: Is the machine connected to a surge protecter or battery backup for power or a docking station for usb connection , if so give direct connection... need more info. 877 Brother
