Q: hi, i have an HP Deskjet D1460 and it's been working fine. Then i tried printing piano sheet music from a website and it had a paper jam. i tried to delete the document and it says deleting but it just wont go away! all other documents are fine but i really want to get rid of it! any ideas of how to kill it? i tried restarting and it doesn't work...
