Q: All the wires are plugged in into the computer and power cord is plugged into the outlet. But I tried numerous times to turn it on, but it won't turn on at all. I click the on/off button and its supposed to yellow indicating that its on...but it doesn't turn on. I also tried to change the power cord with another one...and it still won't turn on. A few days ago, the printer was working just fine until yesterday. Why won't it turn on??! How can I fix this? Please help me!! I need the printer to print stuff for finals, so I can study! Thanks for all the help!
A: try opening the compartment blowing the in and the slide the n turn it o then off then unplg the plugs then plg them back in then trn on and let sit 5 min
