Q: I'd like to print labels on a sheet of labels, but I don't want to use the 'trial and error' method for positioning. Any ideas? Thanks
A: Actually it is quite simple and easier than you might think if you have or use MS WORD.... In MS Word at the top. click on TOOLS then come down to LETTERS and MAILINGS followed by ENVELOPES and LABELS.... At this point you screen will give you the choice of ENVELOPE where you insert/type in the DELIVERY ADDRESS and/or RETURN ADDRESS. If you select LABEL,, it will ask you whether you want to print a full page/whole of labels or just a single label. At the very far right are choices: you should see choices: PRINT, NEW DOCUMENT, CANCEL then OPTIONS. If you look carefully in the bottom right part of the screen, it should tell you/identify the specific AVERY LABEL Number# and hopefully you intend to buy or use AVERY LABELS available for retail purchase at office supply stores like Staples, Office Depot and Office Max. Anyway, clicking on OPTIONS allows one to select the corresponding AVERY LABEL # clearly shown on the outside Hope the Above Info Helps!
