Q: My printer stopped working a few months ago so we went out and purchased a new one. When I try to install this new HP it tells me that it cannot be installed becasue my "printer spooler service" is not running... what does this mean??????? HELP! :) I have an emachines purchased at best buy in March 2005, model # T3828. tried to Right click on My Computer -> Manage -> Services and Applications -> Services -> double click on Print Spooler -> make sure in the dropdown box, Automatic is selected, and click start but then "could not start print spooler service om local computer. ERROR 1068: The dependecy service or group failed to start"
