Q: I'm having a problem that looks like it's running out of toner, however, the printer hasn't been used hardly at all. I've only printed probably less than 40 pages...the only thing I can think of is that it is used so little that the ink is all going bad or something...I get very light lines and some lines chop off the tops of the characters...
A: hi there sounds like you need to clean the printer heads. if you have your printer close to a radiator or heat source, moving it away will help a little. If you only use your printer occasional then this is definitely your problem. You may have to do the cleaning several times before it prints with out bits missing. And try aligning the printer after you have cleaned it. good luck let me no if you get it sorted.
