Q: I changed cartridges 3 times, did everything possible in the "maintenance" section of the printer. I even cleaned the cartridges multiple times, and it is still printing lines in my documents. The blue has pink lines, etc. HELP!!!
A: Maybe it is time for a new printer. You could try a on line search for your printer and see if this is an issue with your make and model. If it is fairly new go to newegg.com and look for your printer and look for reviews for your printer. Make sure your cables are pushed in snugly. Did this printer ever work correctly or is this a recent problem? Printers are to inexpensive to waste any more time or money on this printer.
