Q: my printer won't print right off a website its all faded and yellowish and barely legible but it will print normal if its a work doc. that i typed but if i copy and paste it in does the same as straight from the website any idea on how to fix this
A: It looks like your black ink cartridge is working ok (for docs.) but your color ink cartridge is partly empty or the cyan and magenta tanks are clogged up. Try cleaning the printer head using the printer's utility. Otherwise, replace the color ink cartridge.
