Q: Installed, and initial trial worked. But now, won't print info it receives from computer although prints copies just fine.
A: What make is it? Epson, HP etc.? Which operating system? I take it is an HP. First of all change the USB cable. Secondly uninstall all the software and drivers & re-boot the system. Download the latest drivers from the manufacturers website and re-install them. If this fails try printing using a different application (programme). If this fails return the printer to where you bought it and get it replaced.
