A: I believe they mean it runs a more thourough cleaning of the print head and nozzles. There are hundreds of miniscule ink nozzles can get clogged and deep cleaning forces more dirt and clogged ink out that a "normal clean cycle" will. Hence it deep cleans, like deep cleaning a kitchen is taking more time and effort than simply running a cloth over it
