Q: I have the Dell Laser MFP 1815. I just got a new toner cartridge, and it says it has 96% life left. It was printing just fine, then all the sudden it printed 1 faded sheet, and now...just BLANK!!! What gives!?!?
A: Have you checked out the cartridge to see if anything happened to it? Maybe it got jammed? There has to be some kind of reason for it. Could it be a defective ink cartridge??
