Q: I have a Hp Psc 1315v all in one printer and it wont print. It will scan fine, but will not print. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it. Tried up dating the drivers from the hp website but it still wont work. What could be the problem?
A: I also have a hp psc 1350 and it often decides not to print. The documents get stuck in "spooler" or the printer icon in the tray. In order to fix this I usually have to restart the computer and the printer at the same time. Worth giving a try?
