Q: I work at a hotel and for the past 3 weeks we have not been able to receive faxes. However we can send them out just fine. The fax machine is a brother Intellifax 4100. Does anyone know what may be wrong? Yes it has a dedicated line. And I have been told be people who are trying to send us faxes that is says 'No answer.'
A: Something else is picking up the line before it makes it to the fax machine. (Have done a lot of telephonic work, including at hotels and on PBX systems) Does it have a dedicated line?
