Q: I have never has a problem, and it was fine today. Then suddenly the paper jammed, and I took care of that. I also changed the ink cartridge, cos I was really low. Now the dang thing has something in queue, and I cannot get this thing to print anything.. WHY? Help!
A: go to open printers and delete the doc/s that are waiting to be printed. Make sure it is still the default printer. Also make sure that the cartridges are fitted right.
