Q: Hi! I have Windows Vista. My husband gave a LEXMARK X1135 when i put on my pc and nothing happens. I followed the trouble shooting instructions ... but nothing ... anything?
A: When you installed the printer your PC should have been switched off, then you connect the printer and turn it on then the PC. When the PC starts it should recognise the new hardware and ask for the driver disk. Otherwise (I am assuming you are using Windows), Go Start->Settings->Control Panel->Printers and Faxes, Click File->Add Printer, place the printer driver disk in your CD Rom and at "Add Printer" browse to your CD ROM to install.
