Q: I have an HP all-in-one 7310xi. It prints perfectly when I make copies. It prints perfectly from Word. However, when I print from a website, some of the letters come out cut-off or doubled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice, but it is unchanged. Any suggestions as to what I might do to fix the problem? It is evidently not a problem with the printer itself, but rather with something about the internet/printer or computer/printer connection. Thanks for your help. Ebilan, I checked, and the settings seem OK. Sahar, when I say that I mean that the letters are cut off, I mean that the tops of the letters are cut off, not the side of the page. Orientation won't help. Thanks for trying, though. All of the printing preferences look right. What am I looking for? Under services, it says, "Service this device." I don't know what to change.
A: Check the settings in File, Page Setup in Internet explorer (or whichever browser you use) If in doubt then set them the same as your settings in word.
