Q: Canon i250 on Vista drivers are installed; new ink cartridges installed. what could be the problem?
A: Make sure you've removed the vaccume seal tab from the cartridge, Print a nozzle alignment page and make sure that they're aligned properly and then run a head clean to make sure you have no blocked nozzles.
