A: If you have the JetDirect card installed, you can connect it to a router that the G4 is also connected to and use LPD/LPR printing. The easiest way to determine if this is installed or not is to look at the back of the printer for a RJ-45 ethernet port. If you don't have a JetDirect installed, you can either look for the card on eBay or purchase a parallel port print server that supports LPD/LPR or IPP printing, as OS X supports both of these standards without issue.
