Q: ok, when ever i print out something an extra paper comes out saying: Filename: [file here} Directory: Template: Title: Subject: Author: Keywords: Comments: etc. etc. how do i stop it from printing this out! ITS ANNOYING! it wastes paper and ink. anybody know!?!
A: Sounds like you're printing out of a Microsoft application. In any case, this is an option that has been selected. Go to your apps toolbar and select "Tools," then select "Options," now select the "Print" tab, find the section labled "Include with document," find "Document Properties" and click on the check box to clear it. Now whenever you print you should get just what you printed, not the document properties along with it. If you are using some other application, you should be able to find something similar in its Tools & Options settings. Good luck.
