Q: i just got a computer and i dont know how to proagram it.....the name brand of the printer is brother......thanx 4 ur help :)
A: If you're using XP or Vista, you can use the plug and play feature. Click start > control panel > printers. (In Vista you might find printers under hardware.) Click on add a printer and a "wizard" will walk you through the installation. If your printer came with a CD, pop it into your computer and follow the steps. A CD is the better way to install because it will have other software and programs for your specific model. If you have other questions or problems Brother has a support center that can help you out.
