Q: i cleared my paper jam but it still says that clean the paperjam!!!!!!!!!!
A: You might still have a small scrap of paper stuck in the rollers or along the papers path. If it is stuck on one of the several sensors the printer will only recognize that the sensor is activated and gives you the error message. After you determine the problem (assuming you will) make sure to 'fan' the paper before loading, and be aware that high humidity will cause paper to swell.
