Q: I just bought new inks for my Canon i6100, and when I try to print plain black & white document, it prints with broken lines. Like it prints one line and loses ink the following line, the ink fades away and it keep printing solid black and fades away the next line. I'm using a mac and I don't know how to do all that settings for my printer, if it needs any that is. Any help? Thanks in advance!
A: There could be 2 problems. One is the cartridge could be faulty and 2nd could be the alignment of new cartridge. Please check on the alignment of new cartridge before you take a call on the cartridge being faulty.
