Q: How many printers do you think are needed in building containing around 250 workers? Also does anyone have recommendation on good printer? I was thinking of getting Lexmark C522n but it is quite old. Any printer that contains same/similar feature to that except improved? Money isn't much of a issue here as long as its not overboard... A: have you thought about leasing a copier? I work for a school system, so our organization may get better pricing. However we consolidated a printer, a fax, a copier, and a scanner all in one. It's network capable, and can do basically anything you want. It can easy serve all 250 people It's a fixed cost over time. What's nice about that, as a business you can budge year to year that cost, cause it's fixed. Our contract last 3 years, includes toner, and maintenance. We just pay paper and staples. We took bids from canon, and xerox. We choose canon because there cost per page was lower. Xerox had better network management I'd look at companies like Ikon, or something similar.
