Q: Facts: - HP Deskjet D2360 - Printer can perform self test page - 2 user accounts on HP pc - one user account, the printer works - other user account, the printer does not work - When I try to print from the user account that the printer does not work with then switch onto the user account that the printer does work with, I find the thing I wanted to print has been sent here and is going to print. My Question to you: - What's wrong with my printer? - How can I make my printer work with both user accounts?
A: Nothing wrong with the printer. In control panel go to printers and make printer default for both accounts. Should do it.
