Q: We have upgraded our network and our IP addresses have changed. We have a Canon Laser Class 3175ms facsimile that I need to change the IP address on. I can find the Ethernet menu but there are no options to change the IP address. Any ideas?
A: look in your user guide this machin has to be set up with a IP address it will NOT do it by its self. if you cant figure it out call the local canon dealer or national canon office and sales can guide you through it ok? if you need help fast call sharon @ 765-457-5571 and she can help you .................
