A: The One is correct in that a 13.6 error can be caused by a bad fuser. The 13.06 error can also be caused by paper getting late to the fuser so check it first but if the fuser appears ok check the registration assembly rolls for wear. In fact check all the rolls for wear, make sure they are clean - do NOT use alcohol to clean them. If the paper is slipping anywhere in the paper path it can also cause this problem.
