Q: Recently I have been printing word documents and other things as well. Every time I print something I keep getting more copies, the printer keeps printing copies of the document. I have checked and I am not making word print multiple copies. Does anyone know what is wrong? I have a Mac and I am sure it isn't the printer's problem as other computers print fine with it.
A: Something is set to make multiple copies. Check your printer advanced properties settings in the computer. Good luck.
