Q: My computer is telling me The printer is offline. The printer cable is connected and the printer power is on. I have used this printer with my computer (laptop) before, why isnt the computer recognising it now? No luck... its still saying that the printer is offline.
A: Open Printers from Control panel delete any installed printers, reboot and let Windows re-configure your printer. t4ke c4re
