Q: There are new ink cartridges inside.
A: I was going to say "out of ink", but obviously that's not it. Did you let the printer sit a while, like days, while it was out of ink? If so, the ink residue in the ink jets has dried up and clogged them up. I don't know anything about that printer, but if you can get the piece containing the jets out, try soaking it in warm water. Or a water and windex solution. Or a water and a little laundry bleach. No guarantees, you may have to buy a new part. Or, since printers are so cheap, a new printer. I made the same mistake with a Canon. Fixed it though.
