Q: ive had the printer for a while now, and when i try to print something from it, nothing comes out. the ink is full and i have run the driver and everything put it still doesnt print!! when i press print on a document the paper goes throught the printer but come out empty :( what do i do, and if it is gone, what should i replace it with?
A: What you may need to do is get it cleaned by a professional. There's nothing 'wrong' to make you throw it away, it's just the 'jets' are clogged ... IF you have run the 'cleaning' run before the printing, then take it to a pro and tell him the jets are clogged and you want them 'cleaned good as new.'
