Q: I'm using windows vista, and every time i print a lil window pops up sayin the print spooler has stopped working. how do i fix this?
A: I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing the printer drivers. Make sure you do not plug the printer in until the "installer program" tells you to. If that does not work, give me more information (make and model of computer and printer) and if this happened as soon as you installed the printer, after you installed a program or after adding another piece of hardware to the system.
