Q: ok wtf?????? i just set my printer to print something out and it started printing it but in invissible ink??????????? its printing but the text isnt there??????? its invssible??? whats wrong with it, please someone tell my how to fix it beacuse this is a really important essay that i have to print out today!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 points to someone who helps me! cheers x
A: Causes: 1) Ink cartridge dried up or got clumpy from humitity 2) Jets are blocked (from a clump) 3) If new cartridge, its either the tabs are on still or it is a defective cartridge (happens - you can get your money back) 4) Wrong type of paper for that printer (if its a fancy type of paper it may be the wrong thinkness for that model printer) Solutions - 1) Open lid so cartridges become visible - take out cartridge and check for tabs and clumps. Use a tissue to clean clumps and then look in the printer to where the ink cartridge sits when the lid is closed. Use a tissue to clean up excess ink that will be there to make sure jets aren't blocked. 2) Replace cartridges (all) 3) Use only regular printer paper (no fancy paper). If possible, open a new ream because paper sitting out in the air can absorb mosture and make it not print either if really humid environment. 4) Email paper to yourself and print with a different printer
