Q: I have a Hp Oficejet Pro L7650 printer and lately its been printing very wierd. sometimes it won't print at all, sometimes it prints but about half of the words are cut off or missing. Once in a while it will print normally, but even when it does it prints extremely slow. Its not a problem with the ink because I checked that. What should I do to get my printer running normally? I have a Sony Vaio computer and windows XP if that helps Thanks!!! All answers greatly appreciated.
A: Go to hp.com, click on drivers and downloads, download the latest driver/software for your printer. Now uninstall/reinstall the printer. Sounds like a computer-printer problem, so I would try that first. Good luck.
