Q: printer stuck on use the introductory cartridges that shipped with the printer, but I do not have them? I do have new catridges installed, is there a workaround
A: I don't know if this will work but it can't hurt anything. This is the cold reset procedure. If this doesn't work I am afraid you will have to exchange the printer for another one that has the cartrdiges. 1.holding down the OK, Cancel, Black, and Color buttons down simultaneously and turn the 3210 off. 2.Keep holding the buttons down until the printer shuts off and the turn it back on. 3.You will have to turn the printer off twice and then it will recalibrate. System in maintenance Mode do not interupt will display. System will restart. Hopefully Ready to print will come up.
