Q: I can not print any documents using my printer due to unwanted jobs stored. However, I discovered that there were 12 jobs that were stored and deleted 11. But there is one stubborn job that does not want to go away. In the attempt to delete the job the status says, "Deleting -printing." It has been 8 hours now and the deleting job is still pending which means I can not print anything. Can someone help me?
A: From my experience, each time I encounter such problem, a reboot of PC should fix the problem, with the printer turned off
