A: Highlight the texts or pictures that you would like to print. Click File | Print. Click on Print Selection, then click OK. Kevin's answer is OK, if you can figure out how to invert the colors. However, it would just be easier to select what needs printing and choose Print Selection in the print screen. Copying and pasting it into a word document is more likely to screw up the margins and placement of the elements of the page, which you'll have to spend time fixing before printing.
