Q: check print cartridge light keeps flashing, ive tryed unplugging, turning off, removing and re installing the print cartridges, there is plenty of ink still left in them but it still keeps flashing. i dont know what else to try or what more to do, can anybody help please?
A: Hi It sounds like the printer thinks one or more of the cartridges are empty, even when they aren't. Your only option would be to purchase new cartridges, install them and see if the light continues to flash.
