Q: i had change my magenta but the colour doesn't come out after thousand times cleaning the head...is it posible if i put some alcohol or anything that can unblock the blocked ink? please help...i cannot use my dcp110 to print pictures what type of solution should i buy?
A: You need to buy the solution that you put into the spouts where the ink goes then leave for about an hour or so for it to take affect. But it's not cheap.
